YES BANK has promoted Binoj Vasu to Country Head – Business HR, where he will lead human resources for all business functions, including Retail Banking, Wholesale Banking, and Support Functions.
Binoj previously served as HR Head – Retail Banking & Head of Talent Management at YES BANK, playing a key role in workforce planning, talent engagement, and performance optimization. He also held the position of Group President & Chief Learning Officer, spearheading YES School of Banking, Employee Engagement, Rewards & Recognition, Campus Hiring, and Talent Strategy.
Beyond banking, he founded Kuotient, an EdTech platform focused on career mentoring, and consulted for institutions like ISDI Parsons, ISME School of Management & Entrepreneurship, and DICE Academy.
With leadership experience spanning TATA AIG, Xerox, ExxonMobil, and Exide Industries, he brings a wealth of expertise to his new role. His leadership will be instrumental in strengthening YES BANK’s HR strategy and fostering a future-ready workforce.
