A Mechanical Engineer and XLRI Jamshedpur MBA graduate, Mohit has a strong track record of driving consumer-focused strategies and market expansion.
Before joining Blue Star, Mohit held key leadership roles at Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), where he played a pivotal role in sales, brand building, and category growth across India. As Vice President at HUL, he led premium retail distribution for the Beauty & Well-Being business, successfully executing strategic initiatives that enhanced market presence and consumer engagement.
At Blue Star Limited, Mohit will oversee the growth and innovation of unitary cooling products, leveraging his expertise in consumer markets and business strategy to strengthen the company’s position in the cooling solutions industry.
