Pidilite Industries Limited has appointed Sujit Shinde, PMP, MBA, as its Vice President – Projects, bringing over 30 years of expertise in project management, operations, and strategic execution across the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. In this role, he will lead capital projects, oversee plant design, and drive operational excellence to strengthen Pidilite’s manufacturing and infrastructure capabilities.
Before joining Pidilite, Sujit spent nearly 14 years at Piramal Enterprises Limited as Senior GM – Corporate Projects. He has also held leadership positions at UPL, Jubilant Pharmova, and Gharda Chemicals, spearheading large-scale facility expansions, process efficiency improvements, and sustainability-focused manufacturing initiatives.
A Certified Energy Manager, Sujit is known for his contributions to enhancing industrial efficiency and sustainable operations. His strategic vision and leadership will play a vital role in Pidilite’s continued growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
