Pramerica Life Insurance has announced the appointment of Dhananjay Thakur as the new Head Agency and P&L Head, marking a strategic addition to its leadership team. Dhananjay brings with him over two decades of deep industry experience in the life insurance sector.
Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President at Kotak Life Insurance, where he contributed significantly over nearly four years, leading key distribution and growth initiatives. His earlier stints include impactful leadership roles at Bharti AXA Life Insurance, where he served as Head – Variable Agency, and Reliance Life Insurance, where he was Zonal Head – CDA.
Known for his results-driven approach and expertise in agency channel growth, Dhananjay’s move to Pramerica comes at a time when the company is focusing on expanding its distribution footprint and enhancing profitability across verticals.
