Bringing over a decade of HR expertise, Shilpi previously served as Manager – Talent Acquisition & People Operations at MyCityWay, where she led the standardization of HR practices and collaborated with leadership on organizational design and workforce planning. Her career began as an HR Intern at Wings Technologies, followed by a pivotal role as HR Business Partner at Xcelion Advisory Private Limited. There, she was instrumental in lateral hiring, recruiting strategy, and strengthening talent pipelines across regions.
Academically accomplished, Shilpi holds a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur and a PGDBM in HRM from the New Delhi Institute of Management. Her leadership is expected to further elevate Netomi’s talent ecosystem.
