Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) India has appointed Sameer Ahluwalia as Managing Director, reinforcing its commitment to scaling Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and Global Business Services (GBS) advisory. With over two decades of leadership experience, Sameer will work closely with private equity firms and corporates to optimize GCC operations, enhance efficiency, and drive strategic growth.
Sameer brings deep expertise in outsourcing, digital transformation, vendor management, and large-scale operational transitions, positioning A&M as a leader in GCC advisory solutions. Before joining A&M, he served as Group President of Global Financial Services at a leading BPM firm and held key leadership roles at GE, Bharti Airtel Foundation, HCLTech, and Capgemini, managing operations across global markets.
As A&M expands its GCC advisory practice, Sameer’s leadership is expected to drive transformational solutions and operational excellence, helping businesses navigate complex global service delivery challenges.
