Balancehero India, the digital financial services arm of Korea-based Balancehero Co. Ltd., has appointed Anupam Vasdani as its Group Chief Financial Officer. With over 20 years of financial leadership experience, Vasdani brings deep expertise in fundraising, investor relations, regulatory compliance, treasury management, ALM risk, and digital transformation.
In his previous role at Toyota Financial Services India, Vasdani led key fundraising initiatives through a mix of financial instruments including NCDs, CPs, and offshore borrowings. His leadership background also spans key roles at Bridge Capital, Deutsche Postbank Home Finance, and FiNoble Advisors.
At Balancehero India, he will collaborate closely with CEO Charlie Lee, playing a crucial role in shaping the company’s financial strategy during a phase of rapid expansion.
