Chetna Singh has taken on the role of Head of Human Resources, Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) at SAP for the GTM Organization (Sales-Customer Success). In this strategic role, Singh will drive the people agenda across SAP’s high-growth region, aligning HR initiatives with business goals and transformation efforts.
Singh’s appointment marks a pivotal career move from her strong foundation in Total Rewards to a broader leadership mandate in human capital strategy. Over her 13-year journey at SAP, she has held progressive leadership roles, most recently as Head of Global Total Rewards, where she redefined SAP’s approach to employee benefits through the “Total Rewards Reimagine Strategy.” She has also partnered with top executives as Global Head – Executive Total Rewards Partnering.
Prior to SAP, Singh held HR leadership roles at J.P. Morgan and Cisco. An alumna of Xavier Institute of Social Service, she brings deep cross-cultural experience in HR strategy, rewards, and executive partnering.
