Before joining Softgel Healthcare, Surendra served as EVP & Head – Global Formulation Operations at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, where he led complex manufacturing operations and optimized supply chain processes. He also held the role of Global Manufacturing Head at Strides, driving quality, cost, and compliance improvements across regulated markets.
With over two decades of experience, Surendra has worked in leadership roles at Zydus Group, Mylan Laboratories, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, and STADA. His global experience in operational consolidation, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing excellence positions him to steer Softgel Healthcare’s continued growth and innovation.
