Husk Power Systems has appointed Preeti Ahuja as its Chief People Officer, marking a strategic step in strengthening its global HR leadership as the company accelerates its clean energy mission. With over 20 years of experience across the Manufacturing, Automotive, and IT sectors, Preeti is known for leading transformative, people-first strategies that align with business growth.
In her new role, she will lead Husk’s global people agenda, focusing on talent alignment, leadership development, and cultivating a high-performance culture across geographies. Her expertise in driving inclusive, data-driven HR practices will be central to Husk’s global expansion and long-term impact in emerging markets.
Preeti has held leadership positions at renowned companies including Atlas Copco Group, Alfa Laval, Lear Corporation, Emerson, VMware, and L&T. An alumna of XLRI Jamshedpur’s Executive HR program, she also holds an MBA in HR and a Master’s in Labour Laws. She is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
