RevRag.AI Unveils Sophie: AI Onboarding Agent to Boost Customer Engagement in Fintech & Banking

Bengaluru-based AI startup RevRag.AI has launched Sophie, an advanced AI onboarding agent designed to enhance customer engagement and minimize sales funnel drop-offs in the fintech, banking, lending, and insurance sectors.

Sophie tackles revenue loss caused by drop-offs during onboarding by providing real-time AI assistance, proactive engagement, and personalized follow-ups across multiple communication channels, including AI voice calls, emails, chat, and WhatsApp.

“Enterprises lose significant revenue due to user drop-offs during onboarding and sales cycles,” said Ashutosh Prakash Singh, co-founder and CEO of RevRag.AI. “Our AI agents ensure timely assistance, reminders, and follow-ups, improving conversion rates and customer experience.”

Sophie joins Emma, RevRag.AI’s first AI sales agent, which initially focused on B2B cold email automation. Based on market demand, RevRag.AI has expanded its capabilities into AI-driven voice interactions, chat, and WhatsApp engagement.
