Lace AI’s software uses advanced AI to analyze 100% of inbound calls for home services companies — like HVAC, plumbing, and roofing — detecting missed sales opportunities in real time. While traditional systems sample only a fraction of calls, Lace ensures no lead slips through the cracks.

By reviewing each call for potential revenue leakage, the platform provides actionable insights that can convert casual inquiries into closed deals. Just a 1% increase in booking rates can mean millions in added revenue for larger firms. Some Lace customers are already seeing double-digit revenue growth.

The startup has grown rapidly, now serving over 100 companies and reporting 1,000% ARR growth in 2024. Backed by $19 million in funding from investors like Canvas Ventures and Bek Ventures, Lace plans to triple its 20-person team.
