With a strong background in HR strategy and organizational transformation, Meydhavi previously led B2B HR operations across India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Nepal at Signify. She also played a key role in organizational transformation at Ve Commercial Vehicles Limited (A Volvo Group & Eicher Motors JV) and held leadership positions at Honeywell India Pvt Ltd and Baxter India P Limited, focusing on compensation and benefits across the Asia Pacific region.
An MBA graduate from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, Meydhavi brings deep expertise in HR strategy, mergers & acquisitions, and workforce transformation.
