Digitide has appointed Rohan Nabar as Vice President - Head, Talent Development & Learning, where he will lead the company’s talent strategy with a future-ready approach to learning design, leadership development, and capability building. His role will focus on aligning people development with business transformation goals.
Prior to joining Digitide, Rohan served as VP – Group Head, Talent Development & Learning at Quess Corp Limited, where he spearheaded organization-wide talent strategies and drove large-scale future skilling initiatives. Before that, he was Head of Talent Consulting at KNOLSKAPE, helping businesses navigate digital transformation through experiential learning and leadership programs.
With over two decades of experience, Rohan has also held leadership roles at ZEISS Group, Thomas Assessments, Larsen & Toubro Infotech, and EmmayHR, consistently driving performance through learning. His human-centered approach to coaching and development will play a crucial role in Digitide’s growth journey.
