Glenmark Pharmaceuticals has appointed Anirudh Gupta as the Global Head – Talent and Learning, leveraging his 26+ years of expertise in Learning & Development (L&D), Organizational Development (OD), and Human Resource Development (HRD).
Before joining Glenmark, Anirudh spent seven years at Pfizer, where he led the Pfizer Learning Academy India, driving leadership development programs and competency frameworks. His career also includes leadership roles at SKILLDOM Learning Solutions, AAVID Consulting Processes, and DDI, where he spearheaded talent transformation, digital learning innovations, and strategic capability-building initiatives.
In his new role at Glenmark, Anirudh will focus on enhancing talent development strategies, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and implementing impactful leadership programs. His expertise in digital learning, competency mapping, and leadership training will play a key role in strengthening Glenmark’s workforce capabilities.
