Ocrolus has appointed Ajay Shrivastava as Chief Operating Officer & Country Head (India), further strengthening its leadership in automated financial decisioning. With over 20 years of experience in technology leadership, product innovation, and business transformation, Shrivastava will oversee operations, AI-led product development, and strategic growth.
Since joining Ocrolus in 2022, he has led the establishment of a Global Capability Center (GCC) in India, scaling operations to over 1,250 employees and overseeing functions across engineering, product, HR, marketing, analytics, and customer success.
Previously, Shrivastava held key leadership roles at HT Media, Knowlarity, OYO, LinkedIn, Expedia, Adobe, Microsoft, and Intel, where he drove digital transformation, revenue growth, and product innovation. His strategic frameworks, such as “Solver Teams” and “Minimum Viable Technology,” highlight his future-focused approach.
At Ocrolus, he aims to strengthen the company’s position in the Indian and global fintech ecosystem, driving AI-powered solutions and operational excellence.
