Lockton India has appointed Anand Kaul as Managing Director – Transactional Lines, reinforcing its commitment to delivering specialized transactional liability solutions for mergers, acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital transactions.
With nearly two decades of experience in insurance broking, Anand brings deep expertise in financial lines and risk management. In his new role, he will lead Lockton India’s transactional liability division, driving innovation and expanding tailored risk solutions for businesses navigating complex transactions.
Prior to joining Lockton, Anand served as Senior EVP & Head of Transaction Solutions at Aon and held key leadership roles at JLT Independent and Alliance Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. His proven track record in structuring transaction liability solutions will be instrumental in strengthening Lockton’s presence in India.
Under his leadership, Lockton India aims to enhance its strategic offerings, ensuring businesses and investors have comprehensive risk coverage for high-stakes deals.
