Kapture CX has appointed Devika Rajeev as Director – Human Resources, entrusting her with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Talent Engagement. With a rich background in HR leadership across corporate and startup ecosystems, Devika will play a key role in strengthening the company’s people strategy and organizational culture.
Before joining Kapture CX, Devika was instrumental at Sattva Consulting in establishing HR frameworks and leading people-centric initiatives. She has also held HR leadership positions at Ola, where she contributed to building high-growth teams and enhancing employee engagement. Earlier in her career, she was part of Wipro’s Center of Excellence and worked in leadership consulting at Heidrick & Struggles.
An XLRI Jamshedpur alumna, Devika is currently pursuing an ACC certification from the International Coaching Federation, reflecting her commitment to leadership development. At Kapture CX, she will focus on driving impactful HR strategies, fostering employee growth, and cultivating a dynamic workplace culture.
