Happiest Minds Technologies has elevated Joseph Anantharaju to Co-Chairman and CEO, entrusting him with the leadership of key business segments, including Product & Digital Engineering Services (PDES), Infrastructure Management & Security Services (IMSS), and GenAI Business Services (GBS). As a co-founder of Happiest Minds in 2011, Anantharaju has been instrumental in scaling the company and positioning it as a leader in digital transformation.
With a career spanning leadership roles at Mindtree, Aztecsoft, ANZ Grindlays Bank, and Garware Wall Ropes Ltd., Anantharaju brings deep expertise in strategic growth and innovation. Previously, he led Mindtree’s Microsoft Business Unit, driving expansion through key partnerships.
This leadership transition is part of a broader restructuring, with Ashok Soota assuming the additional role of Chief Mentor, and Venkatraman Narayanan continuing as Managing Director & CFO. Together, Anantharaju and Narayanan will oversee M&A and Board matters. Under Anantharaju’s leadership, Happiest Minds is set to further solidify its position as a premier digital services provider.
