This acquisition reinforces Quest Global’s commitment to delivering advanced mission and safety-critical solutions across industries.
Headquartered in Irvine, California, Alpha-Numero employs over 150 engineers globally, with R&D centers in Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, and Endicott. The firm is widely recognized for its expertise in avionics design, verification, and semiconductor solutions, serving industries such as aerospace, hi-tech, and automotive.
Alpha-Numero’s leadership team — Sukanta Mitra, Santhi Ayyadevar, and Hari Patel — will continue steering the company. Their extensive knowledge in safety-critical avionics systems, FPGA/ASIC/SoC design, and adherence to standards like DO-254, DO-178B/C, and ISO 26262 will significantly boost Quest Global’s semiconductor capabilities.
