Archana Sahay has been appointed as the Global Head of ESG at LTIMindtree, marking a significant milestone in her career. With a strong background in corporate responsibility and sustainability, she brings a wealth of experience in driving environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives at global organizations.
Sahay transitions to LTIMindtree after an impactful seven-year tenure at Dell Technologies, where she served as APJ CSR Head. Reflecting on her time at Dell, she expressed gratitude for the opportunities, learning experiences, and mentorship she received from industry leaders.
Before Dell, Sahay held key roles at Thomson Reuters, Cisco, Vodafone, and SAP, leading corporate responsibility programs and strategic sustainability initiatives. Her appointment at LTIMindtree aligns with the company’s commitment to strengthening its ESG strategy and making a meaningful impact on businesses and communities worldwide.
With this new role, Sahay aims to further integrate sustainability into corporate strategy, ensuring long-term value creation for stakeholders.
