VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent Solutions) has appointed Sumit Sabharwal as its new Head of HR Services, where he will lead HR strategy implementation and ensure operational excellence across key workforce functions. In this global leadership role, he will oversee Centers of Expertise managing learning and development, HR business partnering, and talent acquisition across Vodafone’s local markets.
Before joining VOIS, Sumit spent over 11 years at Fujitsu, where he held multiple senior HR leadership roles. As VP, Head of HR Shared Services for Fujitsu International Regions, he led workforce transformation initiatives and spearheaded global HR operations. His tenure also included serving as Vice President - HR at Fujitsu Global Delivery Centers, where he played a key role in talent development and HR service optimization.
With prior experience at Huawei, Dell Technologies, and Concentrix, Sumit brings a strong track record in HR transformation, workforce engagement, and leadership development. His expertise will be crucial in strengthening VOIS’s global HR capabilities and employee experience.
