GM MODULAR has welcomed Lokesh Sikka as its President and Group CHRO, where he will lead human resources strategy, transformation, and talent development across the GM Group of Companies in India. As a key member of the leadership team, he will drive organizational growth and HR excellence.
Previously, Sikka was Head of HR at Reliance Retail, overseeing the HR lifecycle and Learning & Development initiatives for the Product Business Group/Own Brands, strengthening the company’s people strategy.
At Onida, he served as CHRO, VP, Board Member, and Executive Director, launching initiatives like the Onida Learning Academy, performance management revamp, and leadership hiring. He also played a crucial role at Snapdeal, where he scaled the workforce and introduced university engagement programs.
With over 20 years of HR leadership experience, Sikka has held key roles at Flipkart, Vodafone, HDFC Securities, Aditya Birla Group, and more. He holds an MBA in HR from IMT Ghaziabad.
