Google Operations Center India has appointed Reeti Dubey as its Head of HR, where she will drive human resources strategy, talent management, and workforce development for Google’s customer and advertiser support operations.
With nearly two decades of HR leadership experience, Reeti brings expertise in HR consulting, diversity & inclusion, organizational design, and talent acquisition. Prior to joining Google, she spent 18 years at NatWest Group, holding key roles such as Senior Director - HR Business Partner, Director - HR Consulting, and Vice President - HR Strategy. She played a pivotal role in employee engagement, organizational transformation, and workforce inclusion initiatives.
Earlier in her career, she worked at Tech Mahindra and Gi Group, gaining expertise in talent acquisition and workforce planning. As a freelance consultant, she supported hiring strategies for EDS (now HP), Perot Systems (now Dell), and RBS.
A PGDBA in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis, Pune, Reeti’s leadership will be instrumental in enhancing the employee experience and HR innovation at Google Operations Center.
