Flipkart has appointed Abhishek Banerjee as Cluster HR Lead, where he will oversee HR operations, talent development, and employee engagement within the cluster. His role will be instrumental in shaping workforce strategies and fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture as Flipkart continues its expansion.
With over six years of HR leadership experience, Banerjee has held key roles at Gartner, ICICI Bank, and Flipkart. Most recently, as Principal Analyst at Gartner, he specialized in executive leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and personal brand strategy for CIOs and senior leaders.
Previously, he spent over three years at ICICI Bank, leading employee onboarding and relations for over 2,000 employees in the NCR region. His expertise spans succession planning, talent management, grievance handling, and HR operations, making him a key asset to Flipkart’s HR leadership.
A Gold Medalist in HR Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service (2017-19), Banerjee also holds a B.Tech. in Electronics from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University.
