Jayanth Kumar has been appointed as Director – Human Resources at Qentelli, where he will lead HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development to support the company’s growth in digital transformation, cloud adoption, and DevOps solutions. With extensive experience in HR leadership across technology and healthcare, he will drive people-centric initiatives and enhance workforce engagement.
Before joining Qentelli, Jayanth was MD & Head – HR at Genera Healthcare LLC, where he played a key role in organizational transformation, leadership development, and strategic HR initiatives. He has also worked as an HR consultant, advising organizations on HR transformation, talent acquisition, and executive coaching.
His past leadership roles at Napier Healthcare, Cognizant, DreamWorks Animation (Technicolor), Accenture, and MetLife have strengthened his expertise in global HR operations, change management, and workforce planning.
