CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited has appointed Gaurav Makhija as Vice President – Switchgears & EPD. With nearly two decades of experience in P&L management, commercial leadership, and business growth, he brings a strong track record of success in multinational and Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to joining CG Power, Gaurav served as General Manager – India & SAARC at Leica Biosystems, a Danaher Corporation company. He also held key leadership positions at Videojet Technologies and Ingersoll Rand, where he played a crucial role in driving sales, service operations, and technical support.
A certified practitioner and trainer in Problem Solving Process (PSP) and Growing Inclusive Teams (GIT), Gaurav is known for fostering inclusive work cultures and driving operational excellence. At CG Power, he will focus on strengthening the Switchgears & EPD division, contributing to strategic growth and reinforcing the company’s position in the industry.
