Freshworks has appointed Siddhartha Ray as its new Revenue Enablement Leader, leveraging his vast expertise in sales enablement, learning & development, and leadership strategy. In this role, he will focus on enhancing revenue strategies, optimizing sales processes, and driving business growth through structured training and enablement programs.
Before joining Freshworks, Ray was AVP & Head of Learning and Development at Ethos Watch Boutiques, where he played a key role in leadership development and retail sales strategy. Prior to that, he served as Global Revenue Enablement Leader at Uniphore, leading global business strategy and operations for revenue enablement.
He has also held leadership roles at Tata nexarc, Wipro, and Intuit, specializing in sales effectiveness, leadership development, and business strategy. With a career spanning over two decades, Ray brings deep industry expertise and a proven track record of empowering sales teams, driving efficiency, and fostering business transformation.
