Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. has welcomed Vikram Goel as its new Chief Business Officer (CBO). In this role, he will drive business strategy, growth initiatives, and integrated real estate solutions, expanding the company’s footprint across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.
With a distinguished career in real estate financing, investment strategy, and business development, Vikram brings extensive leadership experience. He previously served as Senior Vice President - Realty Business Finance at HDFC Bank, playing a pivotal role in real estate financing and strategic investments. Before that, he led the Special Situations Group: Construction Finance at HDFC Limited, managing financial planning and project execution.
Vikram has also held leadership roles as CEO of HDFC Realty and Quikr Realty Ltd., focusing on real estate advisory, sales, and digital transformation. Additionally, he managed HDFC Limited’s mortgage business in the Middle East, strengthening his expertise in global real estate markets. His vast experience will be instrumental in driving Mahindra Lifespace’s next phase of growth and innovation.
