Casio India appoints Vikas Neb as its new Head of Human Resources, entrusting him with HR strategy, talent management, and workforce development. With a strong background in human capital management and strategic HR leadership, he aims to drive people-centric initiatives and enhance Casio India’s workplace culture.
Vikas Neb brings over seven years of experience at Sojitz, where he served as Assistant General Manager, leading HR transformation, talent acquisition, and workforce planning. Prior to that, he was Senior Manager at Dalmia Bharat Group, focusing on HR operations and employee engagement.
He has also held leadership positions at Toshiba India, managing HR policies, compensation planning, and leadership development. Earlier in his career, he contributed to Doosan and Reliance Energy, gaining diverse HR expertise.
A PGDBM-HR graduate from Apeejay School, Vikas has deep expertise in performance management, employee relations, and workforce strategy, making him a key addition to Casio India’s HR leadership
