Adish Rai joins Soulflower as Revenue Head to drive the next phase of growth

Soulflower, a leading name in natural and conscious personal care, has appointed Adish Rai as its new Revenue Head. In this role, Adish will be responsible for scaling revenue across direct-to-consumer (D2C), marketplace, and retail channels, as well as strengthening influencer-led and content commerce strategies.

Adish joins Soulflower from Flipkart, where he led P&L strategy for mobile accessories, driving significant revenue growth through innovative pricing, merchandising, and influencer commerce integrations. With extensive experience in e-commerce monetization, product marketing, and strategic partnerships, Adish brings a sharp data-driven approach to customer acquisition and retention.
