Prior to joining Wibmo, Shailesh served as Visa’s Head of Small Business Acceptance, where he led global revenue strategies and expanded merchant acceptance in India and South Asia.
Shailesh's extensive experience also includes leadership roles at Mastercard, Standard Chartered Bank, and MullenLowe Lintas Group, where he was pivotal in driving business transformation, product innovation, and regional expansion across India, Singapore, and the Middle East. In addition, his contributions to fintech policy as a founding member of the RBI's Advisory Council for the Payment Infrastructure Development Fund have had a lasting impact on India’s digital economy.
