Bringing nearly a decade of rich HR experience, Saty has held pivotal roles at Hindustan Zinc, where she served as HR Head for Sindesar Khurd and Rajpura Dariba Mines. There, she led workforce development, succession planning, and HR digitization efforts across key mining units, driving transformational people strategies at scale. She began her HR career with Tata International Limited, gaining practical expertise in HR operations and systems.
With a strong foundation in managing human capital in complex industrial environments, Saty is poised to lead HR transformation and support operational excellence at Sterlite Copper.
