Motilal Oswal Private Wealth Limited (MOPW) has appointed Amit Gupta as Executive Group Vice President. In this key leadership role, he will drive strategic initiatives in wealth management and private banking across major markets, bringing over two decades of experience in investment advisory and relationship management.
Before joining MOPW, Amit served as Regional Investment Counsellor – North and Vice President at Deutsche Bank, where he led the bank’s investment business in North India. During his 16-year tenure at Deutsche Bank, he held pivotal roles including Assistant Vice President and Area Head – Gurgaon, Vice President and Area Head – Noida, and Regional Investment Advisor – North, playing a crucial role in HNI advisory, team leadership, and strategic growth.
Earlier in his career, Amit was AVP – Private Banking at ING Vysya Bank (now Kotak Mahindra Bank), managing an AUM exceeding Rs 100 Crores. He also held positions at Standard Chartered Bank, Cholamandalam Distribution Services Ltd, and RR Financial Consultants Ltd.
His appointment marks a significant step in MOPW’s continued focus on delivering tailored wealth solutions.
