Krishnan brings over two decades of experience in corporate learning strategy and digital transformation. Most recently, he served as Chief Learning Officer at Ramco Systems, where he led the company’s L&D function to achieve industry recognition, including SHRM and ETHRWorld awards. His initiatives like the Skill Adequacy Index and AI-powered J2G App delivered measurable learning outcomes.
He previously held leadership roles at Ness Digital Engineering and Cognizant, where he spearheaded initiatives such as immersive learning, performance consulting, and global content modernization. At Reliance Industries, he established scalable learning frameworks and digital content governance.
With his deep expertise, Krishnan is set to elevate UST’s learning vision and foster a culture of continuous development and innovation.
