Arvind Kumar has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of AWL Agri Business Limited, a strategic arm of Adani Wilmar Limited. In his new role, Arvind will drive operational excellence, growth strategies, and market expansion across the company’s diverse agribusiness portfolio.
Before joining AWL, Arvind served as Chief Executive - Food Business at Desai Brothers Ltd., where he led business transformation and scaled the food segment nationally. Previously, he was CEO and Business Head at Dukes India, where he spearheaded product innovation and improved operational performance in the FMCG sector.
Arvind also held leadership roles at Mapro Foods Pvt. Ltd. as National Sales & Business Head, focusing on market development and strengthening distribution networks.
