With an inspiring 16-year journey at Unilever, Ambika has worked across continents and functions, from leading global HR for Nutrition in Rotterdam to crafting people strategies for Supply Chain and Commercial teams across Southeast Asia. Her early days at ICICI Bank and solid grounding from TISS shaped the strong, people-first leader she is today.
Now based in Mumbai, she’s all set to lead the HR agenda for the Home Care division while also shaping Unilever India’s future talent strategy.
