Darwinbox has appointed Rishi Jha as Vice President – Customer Success, where he will lead global Customer Success and Key Account Management (KAM) functions. His primary focus will be driving client retention, adoption, engagement, and revenue expansion across Darwinbox’s enterprise customer base.
With over 25 years of HR transformation expertise, Rishi has held senior roles at Deloitte, Alight Solutions, Aon Hewitt, and Excelity Global, managing multi-country operations and spearheading large-scale digital HR initiatives across APAC. At Deloitte Consulting SEA, he led HR transformation projects focused on Shared Services and HR Tech. During his time at Alight Solutions, he served as Head of ASEAN and India, delivering tailored HR solutions across client portfolios. At Aon Hewitt, he played a key role in scaling multi-country payroll operations across the region.
Rishi’s early career includes impactful roles at SHL India, Jobstreet.com, and Blow Plast, where he honed his skills in shared services, customer experience, and business development. His appointment comes as Darwinbox accelerates global expansion across India, SEA, MENA, and North America.
