Manish Sharma Appointed as Accenture’s First Chief Services Officer

Accenture has appointed Manish Sharma as its first-ever Chief Services Officer, marking a strategic shift in its global leadership structure. In this newly created role, Sharma will oversee Reinvention Services, a consolidated business unit that unifies Accenture’s expansive services portfolio to accelerate AI-first transformation and deliver faster, data-driven client outcomes.

With a distinguished career spanning 29 years at Accenture, Sharma previously served as CEO – Americas, where he led the region to generate $30 billion in FY24 revenue. His prior roles include Global COO and Group Chief Executive – Operations, where he pioneered innovations such as SynOps, Accenture’s proprietary AI-powered operations platform, and championed initiatives in sustainability and rural impact sourcing.

This leadership change is part of Accenture’s broader transformation to become the most AI-enabled, client-centric professional services firm globally.
