Having held leadership roles within key Adani Group companies—including Ambuja Cements Limited, Adani Electricity Mumbai Ltd., Adani Green Energy Ltd., and Adani Power. Manoj has consistently aligned HR and industrial relations with core business objectives. His proven track record in policy implementation, regulatory navigation, and employee engagement has been pivotal in fostering harmonious and productive workplaces.
