Nikita Saxena Appointed as Head of Digital Marketing at JSW Steel

JSW Steel has appointed Creative Visionary Nikita Saxena as its new Head of Digital Marketing, marking a strategic step in strengthening the company’s digital outreach and engagement. Saxena brings nearly two decades of rich experience in digital media, performance marketing, and brand strategy.

Before joining JSW Steel, Saxena served as Senior Media Director at Mindshare India for seven years, where she led impactful campaigns across various industries. Saxena’s career includes leadership roles such as Associate Media Director at Neo@Ogilvy and Group Head at IndiaFirst Life Insurance, where she spearheaded lead generation for digital business initiatives. 

She began her professional journey in 2006 as a Media Consultant at Tribal DDB Chennai and has worked with brands like Impetus Infotech, Starcom Mediavest Group, and Interactive Avenues.

Her appointment reflects JSW Steel’s focus on accelerating digital transformation and brand visibility.
