RBL Bank has appointed Narendra Agrawal as President & Head – Branch Banking & Retail Liabilities, leveraging his extensive expertise in retail banking, digital transformation, and strategic growth. With over 20 years of experience in banking and financial services, he has played a crucial role in expanding retail banking operations and driving digital innovation.
His leadership in managing large teams and optimizing financial performance will be key to strengthening RBL Bank’s branch network, enhancing retail liabilities, and advancing digital transformation initiatives.
Before joining RBL Bank, Agrawal held leadership roles at Kotak Mahindra Bank, Citi, and ICICI Bank, excelling in premium banking, MSME lending, deposits, wealth management, and digital payments. An IIM Calcutta alumnus, he has also completed executive education in fintech, blockchain, and digital transformation from Harvard Business School. Narendra’s strategic vision, customer-centric approach, and expertise in risk management and innovation will be instrumental in RBL Bank’s growth and market positioning.
