ONGC Foundation has appointed Sandeep Kumar as Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead its strategic initiatives, corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs, and community development efforts.
With over two decades of experience in CSR and social impact leadership, Sandeep has successfully driven sustainability, employee engagement, and policy advocacy. Before joining ONGC Foundation, he served as GM - CSR at Indo Count Industries Limited, NEPRA Resource Management Pvt. Ltd., and Setco Automotive Ltd., where he spearheaded key CSR initiatives. He also played a significant role in promoting sustainable agriculture at Solidaridad Network and held leadership positions at Reliance Foundation, Tata Motors, and Crompton Greaves.
In addition to his corporate roles, Sandeep has contributed to social development and public health through organizations like Urban Health Resource Centre, Avert Society, and ActionAid India. Holding an MBA in Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service, he brings strong expertise in social impact and sustainability.
His leadership will be instrumental in advancing ONGC Foundation’s mission to create meaningful change through CSR and community programs.
