EKA Mobility, a leading commercial EV OEM, has appointed Mohit Sharma as its Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO). In this role, he will lead people-centric policies, enhance workplace culture, and drive employee engagement to support the company’s rapid growth in the electric mobility sector.
With over two decades of HR leadership experience, Sharma has held key positions at Parle Agro, VVF Group, Whirlpool Corporation, Force Motors, and Dabur India. Most recently, as Vice President, HR at Parle Agro, he led workforce optimization and business transformation strategies. Previously, as Global CHRO at VVF Group, he played a pivotal role in leadership development, performance-based rewards, and HR transformation across multiple global markets.
His expertise in HR strategy, talent acquisition, and organizational development will be instrumental in shaping EKA Mobility’s workforce, reinforcing its commitment to innovation and a high-performance culture.
