With nearly 19 years of global experience across the Middle East, India, US, and Europe, Pandey is a seasoned technology leader known for driving digital transformation across multiple industries, including FMCG, healthcare, retail, logistics, and eCommerce.

Before joining Aster, he served as the Global CIO at Dabur, where he led digital transformation for a $1.1 billion business. He also played a key role at GSK Consumer Healthcare India, spearheading GTM technology transforma
