Tina R. has been appointed as Director of Human Resources at Lighthouse for the Blind New Orleans, where she will lead HR strategy, talent management, and workforce planning to support the organization’s mission of empowering individuals with disabilities. With extensive experience in HR leadership, employee relations, and diversity initiatives, she will drive workforce inclusion and enhance HR operations.
Before joining Lighthouse for the Blind New Orleans, Tina served as Sr. Human Resources Director at Servantex, where she played a key role in HR strategy, employer branding, and compliance management in the hospitality staffing and distribution industries. She has also held HR leadership roles at the City of Gretna Mayor’s Office, Marriott, and Big River Restaurants / Applebee’s, focusing on policy development, labor relations, and workforce engagement.
Tina holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Columbia Southern University and brings a comprehensive approach to HR strategy, workforce planning, and leadership development
