Al Masaood Group, one of the Middle East’s largest industrial and commercial conglomerates, has appointed Tulika Balachander as Head of Talent Acquisition. In this role, she will spearhead talent strategy and recruitment initiatives across the Group’s 18 diverse market segments, strengthening its workforce to support business growth.
With over two decades of experience, Tulika has led global talent acquisition efforts across multiple industries. She was previously with CoStar Group, overseeing senior-level hiring in the UK for a real estate intelligence platform. Prior to that, she served as Senior Director at Talos, where she implemented strategic HR initiatives and enhanced employer branding. She also held key roles at Qualtrics, Gartner, Sity Technologies, Randstad India, and Infomedia18, specializing in recruitment marketing, stakeholder engagement, and workforce planning.
Tulika holds a Post Graduate degree from Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies and certifications in Chartered MCIPD and SAP SuccessFactors. Her expertise will be instrumental in building a high-performing workforce at Al Masaood Group.
