Pramerica Life Insurance has welcomed Amar Sane as Executive Vice President & Head – Enterprise Distribution Strategy & Enablement, marking a strategic move to strengthen its distribution leadership and drive transformative growth across the organization.
Amar joins Pramerica Life with over 22 years of leadership experience in the life insurance sector. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President at HDFC Life, where he led key initiatives in team management, sales distribution, and technology automation. His deep industry expertise and results-driven leadership have made him a respected figure in India’s insurance ecosystem.
In his new role, Amar will be responsible for advancing Pramerica Life’s enterprise distribution strategy, enhancing channel efficiency, and embedding innovation into the company’s go-to-market approach.
Amar holds an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and is a certified Independent Director by the Directors’ Institute – World Council of Directors. His leadership style is rooted in strategic vision, operational execution, and customer-centricity.
