Darshita Kurani has been officially elevated to the role of Chief People & Operations Officer (CPOO) at Oxblock, after serving as the company’s HR Manager since April 2023. In her new role, she will lead both people and operations strategy, focusing on building a scalable culture, enhancing internal systems, and driving cross-functional collaboration to support Oxblock’s rapid growth.
Darshita has played a pivotal role in aligning HR strategy with Oxblock’s dynamic startup environment, laying the groundwork for talent acquisition, culture development, and operational efficiency. Her people-first approach and consistent leadership have earned her widespread trust across teams and management.
In parallel, she serves as an HR Business Partner at Helius Work, contributing to policy design, workforce engagement, and people analytics. Prior to this, she spent nearly five years at Cloudedots Tech, rising from HR Manager to Head of People Operations. Her earlier roles in operations and administration helped shape her versatile leadership style.
