MSM Unify welcomes Dr. Nikhil Kumar Nigam as the Director Technology – Global Operations, where he will drive technological innovation and operational efficiency. With over two decades of experience in technology leadership, digital transformation, and IT strategy, Dr. Nigam brings a wealth of expertise in CRM, business strategy, and enterprise solutions.
Before joining MSM Unify, he served as Chief Technology Officer at IIHMR University, where he led technology-driven educational advancements. He also held the position of Associate Director – Technologies at Amity Education Group spearheading digital transformation initiatives in the education sector.
In his new role, Dr. Nigam will focus on enhancing global technology operations, streamlining IT infrastructure, and driving innovation in education technology. His leadership will be instrumental in strengthening MSM Unify’s commitment to digital excellence and global expansion.
